Today, PB Debut Troupe 21 joins NoNieqa Ramos in launching her second picture book of the year: HAIR STORY (Carolrhoda/Lerner), Illustrated by Keisha Morris. With rhythmic, rhyming verse and vibrant collage art, HAIR STORY follows two girls as they discover the stories hair can tell.
